    1. What we do

    LeadVales sells digital subscriptions (mailboxes as a Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 reseller) and done‑for‑you services, like:

    • Cold email system setup and deliverability help (DNS: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX)
    • Cold email campaign management (sending, inbox handling, basic reporting)
    • Lead list building and email lookup
    • Data enrichment (e.g., with tools like Clay), web research, scraping on public data
    • Virtual/operations support (as offered on our site) These Terms cover your use of our website and all the services above (the Services).

    2. Using our Services

    • You must be 18+ and able to sign for your company.
    • You give us the access we need to set up (for example: domain/DNS, GW/M365 tenant, sending tools).
    • You are responsible for what is sent from your domains and mailboxes.

    3. Orders and delivery

    Subscriptions (mailboxes)

    • We start once you finish onboarding (access, payment, domain ready).
    • Delivery is digital. We email you when mailboxes are live and share admin access.
    • Standard delivery target: within 24 to 48 hours after onboarding is done. Priority : within 12 hours.

    Service projects

    • We agree on scope, price, and timeline before we start.
    • Small changes are fine. Big changes or new tasks may cost extra and shift the timeline.

    4. Pricing, billing, and renewals

    Subscriptions

    • Billed upfront per cycle (monthly/annual). Extra mailboxes added mid‑cycle are billed upfront.
    • Prices may change if upstream providers change reseller pricing (Google/Microsoft). We’ll notify you when practical.

    Services

    • Fixed‑price or hourly as agreed.
    • Rush work or weekend work may have extra fees (we will confirm first).
    • Invoices are due on receipt unless we agree otherwise.

    5. Cancellations and refunds (short version)

    • Cancel subscriptions any time to stop future renewals. You keep access until the end of the current paid period. No partial refunds for time left.
    • Services are refundable only as described in our Refund Policy.

    6. Acceptable use

    Do not use our Services for spam, scams, malware, illegal content, hate, harassment, or fraud. Follow all email and privacy laws (for example: CAN‑SPAM, GDPR e‑privacy rules), and follow the rules of platforms you use (Google/Microsoft, Instantly, Smartlead, etc.). We may pause or end the Service if we see risk or abuse.

    7. Third‑party tools

    We work with tools and vendors (Google, Microsoft, registrars, DNS hosts, Instantly, Smartlead, Clay, analytics, billing). You must follow their terms. They can change or go down. We’re not liable for their outages or policy changes.

    8. Access and security

    You may grant delegated admin or shared access so we can work. We protect secrets and use them only for your project. Rotate passwords and revoke our access after delivery. We’ll also remove stored access on our side after work is done.

    9. Results are not guaranteed

    We use best practices for setup, lists, and campaigns. But inbox placement, replies, demos, or sales depend on many things we don’t control (content, volume, targets, reputation, recipient systems). We do not guarantee specific results.

    10. Your content and our content

    • Your domains, mailboxes, lists, emails, and data are yours. You give us a limited, revocable right to use them only to deliver the Services.
    • Our website, brand, templates, SOPs, and internal tools are ours.

    11. Confidentiality

    We keep your non‑public info confidential and use it only to deliver the Services, unless the law requires otherwise.

    12. Warranties and disclaimers

    The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, as allowed by law.

    13. Limits of liability

    As far as the law allows:

    • We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits.
    • Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 1 months before the event.

    14. Indemnity

    You will defend and indemnify us against claims from your misuse of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or laws.

    15. Suspension and termination

    We may suspend or end Services for non‑payment, abuse, security risk, or legal risk. You may end Services any time (see Section 5). Fees already paid are not refunded except as in the Refund Policy.

    16. Changes to these Terms

    We may update these Terms. We will post the new version and date. If changes are big, we will try to notify you.

    17. Governing law and disputes

    Wyoming, USA (state/federal courts in Wyoming). Either party can seek urgent court orders to protect confidential info or stop harm.
