We are LeadVales. We help clients with B2B leads, data, cold email setup, and outreach.

2. What data we collect

• Account & billing: name, company, email, phone, billing address, plan details, payment info (handled by our payment provider).
• Service data: domains, DNS settings, tenant IDs, tool accounts (e.g., Instantly, Smartlead), campaign settings.
• Leads & enrichment: business contact info (name, work email, company, title, LinkedIn URL, website, location, industry), from public sources or from you.
• Website use: IP, device/browser, pages viewed, cookies.
• Support: emails and messages with our team. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

3. How we use data

• Provide Services: set up systems, manage campaigns, build lists, enrich data, deliver files.
• Billing & account: charge you, fight fraud, keep records.
• Improve & secure: fix bugs, analyze usage, protect systems.
• Updates & marketing: send service updates; send marketing only if you agree or where allowed.
